Some People Can Sleep Anywhere

"There's nothing more wonderful than a decent night's sleep. It recharges the batteries, repairs the body and leaves us feeling refreshed and ready to face each new day."
Never has there been a more cruel and untrue statement for a fibromyalgia patient to hear.
The truth, for many people with fibromyalgia and chronic pain conditions, is far different.

Getting a good night's sleep, in order to refresh and renew, simply does not happen for many of those in chronic pain and this in turn leads to even more misery, depression and fatigue. I know. I've been there for many, many years.
I read recently that experts warn anything less than eight hours of quality sleep each night can reduce your life expectancy. I don't know how they worked it out, or even if there's any truth in it, but there have been many nights in my life that I would wish for the grim reaper to take me just so I could fall asleep!

Willing myself to die in order to get to sleep sounds a bit extreme, but if you have spent years of being exhausted and in pain during the day and then unable to sleep at night, I'm pretty sure you'd feel the same way.

There are many ways to improve the quality of your sleep which you can read about here.

But one of the most important is the quality of your mattress.

It may sound a little crass, but what you sleep on has a lot to do with how you sleep and if you choose to sleep on a sack of potatoes it should come as no surprise to you that you're going to feel like a sack of potatoes!

I've teamed up with N:rem who produce quality sleep systems for sufferers of chronic pain. I've talked a lot recently about the comfort topper trial I undertook a few weeks ago, and I'm currently offering my readers a chance to do the trial themselves, absolutely free of charge - but once you've discovered the benefits of a quality topper, you're going to want to change your existing mattress to one of theirs. The N:rem Mattress range is.......???? and right now I'm giving you the opportunity to save 15% on the full price of a brand new N:rem Mattress.
